If you’ve never imported full site kits or template blocks – this tutorial will show you how to do both.
Go to Templates > Saved Templates
or Templates > Popups (if you’re looking for popups specifically)
Click the Import Templates button
Choose the file you want to import (the .json you just downloaded from our site) and click the Import Now button
Your imported template will now be displayed in your Templates list
You now edit your Template directly by clicking it OR you can navigate to your page and drop your template in using the “Template” element within Elementor.
Pro Tip #1: You can make templates Global! Meaning they will appear the same wherever you use them and will stay linked if you edit one of them.
Pro Tip #2: Editing your template in the “Template” area with Elementor will allow you to customize and even copy/paste sections or elements from the template into your page directly without using the “Template” element.
Note: Please be advised that some of the templates contain third-party images, videos, media, files, audio and other visual components. While we have the right to use them in our Template Library, we cannot ensure that you may use them in your own product.
If you have a subscription to Envato Elements (where we pull stock images from) – you can safely redownload the media without infringement. You can sign up for an account here.
If not, please replace or remove all such items (images, videos, audio, etc.) from your copy of the templates.
Go to Templates > Kit Library
Please note: There are other “areas” within Elementor to initiate imports – but we highly recommend using the Kit Library as we see the least amount of errors with this method.
Click the Import Kit icon
Select the plugins you want to import (here’s to hoping you already have the required ones installed). Click Next in the bottom right.
Make sure you have everything checked on this page to ensure you get the site imported correctly. This works best on a fresh install. Again Click Next in the bottom right.
Any conflicting templates will show here. Make sure you check everything in this section as well to ensure you replace existing templates. Again Click Next in the bottom right.
A summary of what’s been imported is shown on the final screen.
Congratulations!
You can now begin customizing your templates, pages, site settings, etc. If you have any errors or issues please let us know and we’ll investigate.
First, please note that none of our templates are designed to work without Elementor Pro.
How to Use Template Kits:
Note: Please be advised that some of the templates contain third-party images, videos, media, files, audio and other visuals. While we have the right to use them in our Templates and Site Kits, we cannot gaurantee that you may use them in your own environments and projects.
If you have a subscription to Envato Elements (where we pull stock images from) – you can safely redownload the media without infringement. You can sign up for an account here.
If not, please replace or remove all such items (images, videos, audio, etc.) from your copy of the templates.
